Lovely clean and comfy hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Central to everything in the city, with plenty of good pubs and places to eat nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely clean hotel very friendly staff food was good rooms small but air-conditioning helped as it was very humid weather.outside area of hotel was a bit rough at night ...hotel was very central to all the city of Belfast .a good central place to stay

We arrived early but our rooms were ready so the lovely girl at Reception let us check in early. Overall really good value for money, central location and great choice for breakfast. We had a lovely mini break. Only negative was the price of drinks at the bar- my husband had a pint of Peroni and I had a glass of wine - was pretty stunned that it came to £16.00!!!!

Very centrally located. Room was decent size and clean. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Any staff I dealt with were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The discounted parking nearby was appreciated.

Room was compact but clean. Breakfast was grand although we were last sitting and had to ask for a few items to be replenished. Overall it was good value, location is excellent.

Right in the city and the staff are amazing ???? only thing our room was noisy think from the lifts going on but apart from that great hotel and beautiful breakfast.

Rooms were immaculate. Excellent view of the City from the 12th Floor . Breakfast was really good . Great service. Good to see tables cleaned promptly and cleared . Check in was prompt and polite . Only blemish when leaving and collecting our luggage their was only one Girl on reception and we were in a hurry to collect our luggage and she was too busy to attend to us . When she did get around to us she was very rude and it seemed an inconvenience fir her to attend to us . Apart from that rude receptionist, the staff were excellent and and very friendly and professional.

The hotel was nice and clean, but we had to book in breakfast the next morning and couldn’t book any later than 8am (we tried to book when we checked in at 4pm and anyone who checked in later than us had to book for 7:30am). They also wouldn’t do room service.
