Cancellations that are made within 48 hours prior to arrival and no shows at the hotel will be charged the 1st night of the stay to your card. My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing. There was no air conditioning, despite a hot night. I was charged €6 for food delivery to my room, despite being told otherwise at the reception. My room was far from the elevator, making food retrieval inconvenient. Additionally, the food I ordered was expensive and the chicken was dry. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

Had a lovely stay here staff were very friendly and welcoming. would highly recommend this hotel too anyone. walking distance to city centre and you have tescos straight across the street. breakfast was delious self service you had to get your own no trays to bring food to tables. thanks for a lovely stay well be back

Watching keys not to touch off phone was a little issue but I understand that you are changing over name of hotel so that might not be an issue in future overall quiet happy with hotel staff friendly room clean good choice for breakfast good location in city centre
